About Dinkum Honey
Dinkum Honey is a family-owned and operated apiary nestled on our small farm in Serpentine, Western Australia. What began as a passion for beekeeping has grown into a commitment to producing exceptional raw honey while caring for the bees and natural environments that make it possible.
We harvest and carefully pack every jar ourselves, preserving the natural flavour, aroma and character that only genuine raw honey can offer. By keeping our honey unheated and minimally processed, we retain the natural enzymes, pollen and unique qualities that make Western Australian honey among the finest in the world.
Our bees forage across some of Western Australia's most remarkable native landscapes—from the pristine Jarrah forests of the south-west to the rugged coastal heathlands surrounding Jurien Bay. Every floral source tells a different story, producing honeys with their own distinctive colour, flavour and personality. And because nature decides what blooms each season, every harvest is unique.
Alongside our premium raw honeys, we also produce bee pollen, naturally creamed honey, edible honeycomb and pure beeswax for natural candles, skincare and artisan crafts.
At Dinkum Honey, we believe exceptional honey begins with healthy thriving bees, unspoilt native bushlands, traditional beekeeping practices and husbandry. From hive management to the final jar, everything is handled with care, attention to detail and respect for the remarkable creatures that make it all possible.
Thank you for supporting a local Western Australian family business.
