Rich and smooth, yet robust, this honey is one of WA's premium honeys. The traditional owners' name for the tree is Marri, although the English called it Redgum (not to be confused with Eastern States species of Redgum) but it is indeed the same tree with the same highly nutritious pollen, abundant nectar, and widely loved flavour profile.
